What is “My Account”?

My Account gives you complete control over your transactions on mydecordash.com. You may check your wishlist, change your password, and update your contact information on this page. Additionally, you may check your orders and maintain tabs on what has to be delivered.

How do I change my account password?

Log in and select My Account under your Account name to change your password. By inputting your old password and the new one, you can change your password here.

What if I forget my password?

On the page's top right side, select the "Login" link. This will bring up a popup with a "Forgot Password?" link. When you enter your registered email address, we'll send you email instructions on how to get a new password.

I am not able to find your newsletters or other emails from you in my inbox. Why?

Our newsletter occasionally ends up in your email's garbage or spam folder. Please mark the newsletters from mydecordash.com as "not spam" and add the sender to your contact list if you discover them in your junk mail or spam folder. Our emails can also be listed in the Updates or Promotions tab if you use Gmail. Simply drag the email to the Primary tab in this situation.

How do I track my orders?

You will get an email and an SMS message with the order information once it has been shipped. By clicking the link in the email, you may track the delivery.
