The Shipping Policy describes the different kinds of shipments that mydecordash.com uses. Please read the paragraphs below to prevent future confusion.

Since we are concerned about your safety, we want to reassure you that both our personnel and the warehouse workers are taking all necessary safety and sanitary precautions. It won't be the same day as your order because we typically send the things as soon as we receive them from the sellers.

At mydecordash.com, our default transmission method is Regular, which takes 4-5 days to deliver the package. Choose our UPS transmission mode, which only takes 2-3 days, if you want your package a bit sooner. We kindly remind you that the latter must be specifically chosen in order to guarantee quick delivery and will cost more than Regular mode. If a confirmation arrives on a day when shipments are not processed (such as a weekend or a holiday), it will be handled the following business day.

Please be sure to include a complete and accurate address that includes the area code so that we can deliver your order to you quickly and safely. Please make sure you or someone else is there at the address when the item arrives. In the absence of that, we will have to deliver it to your local post office, where you must pick it up within a few days.

The import fees will not be covered by the delivery costs we have listed. You may be required to pay some import fees, such as import duties or taxes, by your nation or post office. mydecordash.com won't be liable for your failure to pay if you choose not to. Please check your country's import laws in order to avoid such scenarios.

There will occasionally be circumstances that are unpredictable and hard to handle, particularly during the current pandemic period. Examples include political upheavals like civil wars, riots, and curfews as well as natural disasters like earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and floods. We'd have to stop and wait for things to settle down, which is doubtful, so we'd refund all of your money.
